- implicit in your comment is the suggestion that some of us having
- problems did not _buy_ it and thus do not have the manual. You may be
- right, but the manual does not support all situations. My Hayes Accura is
- not mentioned. Nor does the Accura's manual offer any guides. The setup
- gives you the chance to let the software figure out what is out there. It
- picked something for me. I'm still trying to get it to work. My success
- has been frustratingly limited - a cover page shows up at the other end.
- No document, none of the formatting I tried to put on the cover page,
- just a generic cover page. As I said - frustrating! Close, no cigar.
