  32.     implicit in your comment is the suggestion that some of us having 
  33. problems did not _buy_ it and thus do not have the manual. You may be 
  34. right, but the manual does not support all situations. My Hayes Accura is 
  35. not mentioned. Nor does the Accura's manual offer any guides. The setup 
  36. gives you the chance to let the software figure out what is out there. It 
  37. picked something for me. I'm still trying to get it to work. My success 
  38. has been frustratingly limited - a cover page shows up at the other end. 
  39. No document, none of the formatting I tried to put on the cover page, 
  40. just a generic cover page. As I said - frustrating! Close, no cigar.
